Will Office 365 offered from AT&T work with my copy of Office?

That depends on your version of Office. Office 365 offered from AT&T works best with Office 2010 and Office 2011 for Mac. Office 365 also works with slightly limited functionality for Office 2007 and Office 2008 for Mac. If you have an earlier edition of Office, you will need to update to a newer version in order to use Office 365.

What if I already own a domain?

Remember when I said I already have a domain name? What do I need to do to add it?

To add your organization’s custom domain to Office 365 offered from AT&T, you must have access to the DNS records for that domain.

Is Office 365 replacing Microsoft Office Live Small Business?

Yes. Office 365 is replacing Office Live Small Business (OLSB).

What happens to Business Productivity Online Suite?

Office 365 replaces the Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite.

How do I switch between plans?

You cannot migrate between a Professional and an Enterprise Plan. In order to move between the two plans you would need to cancel your account and then sign up for a different one. You are able to switch between Enterprise plans. (ex. Enterprise & Enterprise Plus.)

How do I cancel my subscription?

While your subscription is month to month, it automatically renews until you cancel. You may terminate your subscription by giving notice to AT&T online via our user friendly portal where you can manage all of your software services.
