When Information Do We Collect?
When you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and Platform use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others use the platform.
Platform Use Information
We may record information about your usage, such as when you use the platform, the data you access, your DNIS if available, your user account and/or name if available, your speech utterances and DTMF keypresses, the contacts you communicate with, the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in any web-site or mobile web-site provided to you (including UI elements, settings, and other information).
If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. “Web Beacons”) in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to the TelcoLynx Platform, in which case you can still access many casts and explore the TelcoLynx Platform. However, due to this we may not be able to provide certain services to you.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information we collect, use or disclose, is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
We will disclose to any person who writes to us the personal information we hold on that person, as well as explaining why we hold information, how we collect it and to whom we disclose information. However, where releasing information would reveal evaluative information generated within our organization as it relates to any commercially sensitive decision-making process, we may give the individual an explanation for the commercially sensitive decision rather than direct access to the information. When we discover that personal information we collect is incorrect, we will immediately take all reasonable steps to correct such information.
Personal information may be disclosed where TelcoLynx has reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring, or interfering with TelcoLynx’s rights, property, users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
TelcoLynx will only transfer personal information about an individual to someone in a foreign country, if that company/individual has and/or agrees to observe privacy policies no less stringent than our own privacy policies; also that the individual consents to the transfer unless it is impracticable to obtain the consent of the individual to that transfer.
TelcoLynx will not collect sensitive information about an individual unless the individual has consented to such collection. However, TelcoLynx may reveal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires that information. Any information posted on bulletin boards, forums and in chat areas becomes public information.
